Everyone of the properties are located in Timberon, NM. Each property listed is easy accessible and located in rural areas. Each property has been surveyed and view by Elk Lodge Properties. Most of the properties have a water standby fee, which means city water is available to the property. The Timberon Water and Sanitation will estimate the price to place a water meter on the property, Most of the properties will have nearby electrical right of ways, in order to tie in your own electric pole. You are responsible for connecting your own utilities and installing septic. Each property can be purchased with a down payment and monthly installments. Annual percentage rate is 6%. Monthly installs can be placed on the 1st or 15th of the month. They will be automatically generated from your account each month.  The buyer will be emailed to set up monthly installments. Water standby fees and taxes will be included once a year.
