All sales will be process when down payment is applied

You will be contacted to set up monthly payment plans after down payment is applied
All sales are final
Delinquent payments of 3 payments or more will terminate any contracts between the buyers an seller. The property will be returned to the seller
Buyer or Buyers will be notified monthly after the payment has been processed.
Buyer or Buyers can have an option of paying off the property sooner than the contract end date.
